How to Login and Avail Extended Warranty using IMEI Number

Step 1: Registration

2. Fill in the required information, including your personal details and contact information.
3. Locate and enter your IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number in the designated field during the registration process.
   • The IMEI number can usually be found on the back of your smartphone or by dialing *#06# on your phone’s keypad.
4. Complete the registration process by following the prompts and agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Step 2: Availing Extended Warranty

1. After logging in, you will see a button “Get Extended Warranty” that will take you to a form specifically designed for extended warranty registration.
2. Fill out the form with accurate information, ensuring to provide all the necessary details.
3. Verify the information you provided to avoid any errors or discrepancies.
4. Once you have completed the form, you will have to use bKash and Make Payment of Tk 1000 to Official OnePlus Bangladesh Merchant Account. (Official OnePlus Bangladesh bKash Merchant Account No. – 017 0079 9090) 
5. After completing your payment, copy Transaction ID to the designated form section and click “Get OnePlus Extended Display Warranty”.

Step 3: Confirmation and Further Instructions

1. After submitting the warranty registration form, you will receive a confirmation message or email acknowledging your request.
2. Keep an eye on your email inbox for further instructions or any additional information required to process your extended warranty.
3. Follow any instructions provided to complete the registration process fully.
4. If necessary, provide any supporting documentation or proof of purchase as requested.

Extended Display Warranty

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing the Extended Display Warranty provided by Contrivance Distributions:

1. Eligibility

   • The Extended Display Warranty is only available for New Official OnePlus smartphones users.
   • The warranty can be purchased within 1 week from the date of purchase of the Official OnePlus smartphone.

2. Warranty Coverage

   • The Extended Display Warranty covers display-related issues that occur during the extended warranty period.
   • Covered issues include display malfunction, touch, and other display-related defects.
   • The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or any other non-display-related issues.

3. Duration of Warranty

   • The Extended Display Warranty extends the official OnePlus smartphone warranty by an additional 6 months, providing a total warranty period of 18 months.
   • The extended warranty period begins immediately after the expiration of the initial 12-month official warranty.

4. Warranty Claim Process

   • In the event of a display-related issue, the customer must contact Contrivance Distributions’ customer support within the warranty period.
   • The customer support team will guide the customer through the warranty claim process, which may involve providing proof of purchase and the smartphone’s IMEI number.
   • Contrivance Distributions reserves the right to inspect the smartphone and determine if the issue falls within the warranty coverage.

5. Warranty Service

   • Contrivance Distributions will repair or replace the display, at its discretion, if a valid warranty claim is approved.
   • The repaired or replaced display will be of similar quality to the original display.
   • In case of replacement, the customer’s smartphone data may be lost, and it is the customer’s responsibility to back up their data.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

   • The Extended Display Warranty only covers display-related issues and does not include coverage for other parts of the smartphone or non-display-related damages.
   • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages, or damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or third-party modifications.
   • Contrivance Distributions’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the display covered under the warranty.

7. Transferability

   • The Extended Display Warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser of the OnePlus smartphone.

8. Warranty Fee

   • The Extended Display Warranty can be purchased for Tk 1000 at the time of OnePlus smartphone purchase or within 1 week from the date of purchase.
   • The warranty fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
