    • The Extended Display Warranty is only available for New Official OnePlus smartphones users.
    • The warranty can be purchased within 1 week from the date of purchase of the Official OnePlus smartphone.
  2. Warranty Coverage

    • The Extended Display Warranty covers display-related issues that occur during the extended warranty period.
    • Covered issues include display malfunction, touch, and other display-related defects.
    • The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or any other non-display-related issues.
  3. Duration of Warranty

    • The Extended Display Warranty extends the official OnePlus smartphone warranty by an additional 6 months, providing a total warranty period of 18 months.
    • The extended warranty period begins immediately after the expiration of the initial 12-month official warranty.
  4. Warranty Claim Process

    • In the event of a display-related issue, the customer must contact Contrivance Distributions’ customer support within the warranty period.
    • The customer support team will guide the customer through the warranty claim process, which may involve providing proof of purchase and the smartphone’s IMEI number.
    • Contrivance Distributions reserves the right to inspect the smartphone and determine if the issue falls within the warranty coverage.
  5. Warranty Service

    • Contrivance Distributions will repair or replace the display, at its discretion, if a valid warranty claim is approved.
    • The repaired or replaced display will be of similar quality to the original display.
    • In case of replacement, the customer’s smartphone data may be lost, and it is the customer’s responsibility to back up their data.
  6. Exclusions and Limitations

    • The Extended Display Warranty only covers display-related issues and does not include coverage for other parts of the smartphone or non-display-related damages.
    • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages, or damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or third-party modifications.
    • Contrivance Distributions’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the display covered under the warranty.
  7. Transferability

    • The Extended Display Warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser of the OnePlus smartphone.
  8. Warranty Fee
